System reagents, Pellet Resuspension Buffer provides a tight, standardized, 
reproducible pH range.

Using Pellet Resuspension Buffer after neutralization with XPR-plus™ Buffer
or NPC-67™ Buffer  provides unmatched control over sample pH.  This 
improved pH control will yield the ideal final specimen pH in a range of 6.8-7.1, 
increasing specimen uniformity for automated growth detection systems, direct 
specimen pellet nucleic probe procedures and conventional culture techniques.
