Proto-fix™ CLR is an innovative fixative for the diagnosis of ova and parasites in fecal samples. Proto-fix™ CLR contains no mercury or other heavy metals and very low formalin which makes it acceptable for routine biohazard disposal, and low alcohol content means there are no restrictions on shipping and storage. When used with Alpha-Tec Systems' other parasitology reagents Proto-fix™ CLR allows for the recovery of a greater number and variety of parasites.
