Data taken from 52 parasite positive specimens fixed in 10% formalin, split, filtered according to the instructions for use of each device and concentrated using the conventional formalin / ethyl-acetate procedure. 50ul was removed from each sample and organism load was recorded. Data represents a total by species of all parasites recovered in all 52 samples. |
