Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and capable Client Services Representative to join our Client Services team — someone who thrives in a position with a variety of job responsibilities. Working directly under the Revenue Cycle Supervisor, primary duties will include promoting positive customer relations, receiving and processing orders through to invoicing, processing shipping and billing documentation, offering general information, and supplying pricing on occasion. The ideal candidate will be relentlessly detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. This position works closely with the Senior Client Services Representative, and serves as a key link between Client Services and other departments such as Warehouse, Production, and Sales. This is a non-exempt, full-time position (M-F –typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with a compensation package that includes options for dental, vision, and a 401 (k) retirement savings plan. Responsibilities include: Confers with customers by telephone, fax, and email, to process orders, answer general questions, shipment status and invoice inquires, obtain details regarding complaints, and provide general information about products such as packaging configuration and product codes. Enters customer orders accurately into order entry system and forwards corresponding data to the warehouse for processing and shipping. Prepares accurate shipping documents and any other pertinent documents required including freight quotes and pickup appointments. Reception coverage; participation in special projects as directed Knowledge and Skills Desired: High School Diploma or equivalent required with 3-5 years of clerical or customer service experience  Must exhibit extreme proficiency without errors in the areas of invoicing and order entry, be able to conduct business without direct supervision, and resolve general customer service inquiries or disputes independently. Working under the Production Supervisor, primary duties will include manufacturing and packaging our products to ensure each and every customer receives products of the highest quality and standards possible. The ideal candidate will be relentlessly detail-oriented, possess focusing abilities and have a solid understanding of production/manufacturing processes. This position works closely with the Floor Supervisor with a team of Production Associates. This is a non-exempt, full-time position (M-F –7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with a compensation package that includes options for dental, vision, and a 401 (k) retirement savings plan. This is a great position for someone who likes to have their weekends and evenings free. If you are eager to assist our Production team in achieving maximum efficiency, and work with a team of associates, you would be a great fit. The brand new Alpha-Tec office and manufacturing facility is located in the Columbia Tech Center (near I-205) in close proximity to restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and trails. Responsibilities include: Performs production processes (filling, capping, labeling, assembly and packaging) to manufacture quality products following established standards and procedures. Completes all production processes in accordance with manufacturing directions using current SOPs, GMPs and QSRs. Supports and complies with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs. Knowledge and Skills Desired: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with dispensing, and/or filling preferred. Ability to prepare and maintain a variety of maintenance records. Ability to calibrate equipment for accurate application. Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine to exact specifications. Skill in controlling operations of machine and equipment.
